All products are manufactured in our workshop and may involve manual craftsmanship.

      may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handmade processes

Such variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Customization & Personalization

  • Customization details may be collected via:

    • Email or direct communication

  • Once the customer approves the design or details, production begins

  • After approval:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled

    • Changes will not be accepted

AVARON is not responsible for errors in personalization details provided by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Payments are accepted via:

    • UPI

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not store payment details. Transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Verify COD orders

    • Cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders

Repeated COD refusals may result in order restrictions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within India only

  • Estimated delivery times are shared for guidance and are not guaranteed

  • Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct address

  • Active phone number

Incorrect details may result in delivery failure without refund.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.
